OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated January 19, 2001, pursuant to
Section 26 of
Chapter 371 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Highways Act, is pleased to approve of the Minister entering into an agreement with the Halifax Regional Municipality relating to work on certain highways within the Regional Municipality, which work is specified in Highway Construction Agreement No. HRM-07, dated July 14, 2000, set out in
Schedule "A", the location of which is set out on a plan marked
Schedule "B", which schedules are attached to and form part of the report and recommendation.
