OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of the Public Service Commission dated December 22, 2022, and pursuant to Sections 32 and 33 of

Chapter 70 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Civil Service Act , is pleased to: (

a) effective April 1, 2023, revoke approval of the Excluded Classification Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2021-43 dated February 4, 2021; (

b) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for the period April 1, 2023 to March 30, 2024; (

c) approve the Excluded Classification Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2024; (

d) effective April 1, 2023, revoke approval of the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2021-43 dated February 4, 2021; (

e) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “C” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for the period April 1, 2023 to March 30, 2024; (

f) approve the Liability Management and Treasury Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “D” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2024; (

g) effective April 1, 2023, revoke approval of the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2021-43 dated February 4, 2021; (

h) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “E” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for the period April 1, 2023 to March 30, 2024; (

i) approve the MCP Legal Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “F” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2024; (

j) effective April 1, 2023, revoke approval of the Medical Services Pay Plan approved by Order in Council 2022-287 dated November 29, 2022; (

k) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “G” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation for the period April 1, 2023 to March 30, 2024; and (

l) approve the Medical Services Pay Plan, containing recommended rates of compensation, in the form set out in

Schedule “H” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after March 31, 2024.
