Order in Council 157/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Donald Macdougall of Ottawa be appointed a part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
