Loi sur les langues officielles Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Section of the French version of the Official Languages Act,

chapter O-0.5 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2002, is amended L’article de la version française de la

Loi sur les langues officielles,

chapitre O-0.5 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de est modifié (

a) in subsection (13) by striking out “à l’adminis- trateur général” and substituting “à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsable administratif”;

a) au paragraphe (13), par la suppression de « à l’administrateur général » et son remplacement par « à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsa- ble administratif »; (

b) in subsection (16) by striking out “à l’adminis- trateur général” and substituting “à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsable administratif”;

b) au paragraphe (16), par la suppression de « à l’administrateur général » et son remplacement par « à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsa- ble administratif »; (

c) in subsection (17) by striking out “à l’adminis- trateur général” and substituting “à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsable administratif”;

c) au paragraphe (17), par la suppression de « à l’administrateur général » et son remplacement par « à l’administrateur général ou à tout autre responsa- ble administratif »; (

d) in subsection (17.1) by striking out “ou l’ad- ministrateur général de l’institution concernée ac- cuse” and substituting “et l’administrateur général ou tout autre responsable administratif accusent”.

d) au paragraphe (17.1), par la suppression de « ou l’administrateur général de l’institution concer- née accuse » et son remplacement par « et l’adminis- trateur général ou tout autre responsable administra- tif accusent ». 1
