Order in Council 1102/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1674/2019 dated November 13, 2019, Donna Duncan was appointed as a part-time member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation pursuant to subsection 9(1) of the Ontario Cannabis Retail Corporation Act, 2017 ;

And

whereas Donna Duncan resigned effective July 5, 2022;

Therefore Order in Council numbered O.C. 1674/2019 dated November 13, 2019 is revoked effective July 5, 2022.
