Order in Council 649/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Clarence Lui was appointed a part-time member of the Licence Appeal Tribunal for a term of two years by Order in Council O.C. 647/2018 dated April 11, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 21(2) of the Police Services Act , Clarence Lui of Aurora be appointed a part-time member of the Ontario Civilian Police Commission for a term of two years, effective the date of this Order in Council.
