CHAPTER

An Act respecting the Consequential Amendments resulting from the enactment of The Department of Culture and Recreation Act (Assented to December 17, 1982) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Department of Culture and Recreation Consequential Amendment Act. 1979, c.L-11.1,

section amended Subsection 70(1) of The Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act is amended by striking out “Minister of Culture and Youth” and substituting “Minister of Culture and Recreation”. Rev. Stat. c.S-31,

section amended

Section of The Saskatchewan Multicultural Act is amended by striking out “Department of Culture and Youth” and substituting “Department of Culture and Recreation”.
