Order in Council 1821/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1388/2020, dated October 8, 2020, Jack A. Couckuyt of Aylmer was appointed as a member of the Town of the Aylmer Police Services Board for a term of three years effective October 8, 2020;

And

whereas Jack A. Couckuyt has been elected to the municipal council;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1388/2020, dated October 8, 2020, appointing Jack A. Couckuyt as a member of the Town of the Aylmer Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
