Order in Council 1327/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to clause 7(1)(

b) of the Opticianry Act, 1991 , Omar Farouk of Brampton, be reappointed as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Opticians of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective October 22, 2020.
