Order in Council 121/2023
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Renée Lang of Toronto be appointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of two years, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
Further,
whereas Renée Lang was reappointed as full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term ending January 4, 2025 by Order in Council O.C. 883/2021;
Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 883/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
