Order in Council 640/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6(1) of the Invest Ontario Act, 2021 , James David Aspin of North Bay be appointed as a part-time member of the board of directors of Invest Ontario, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, for a period not exceeding three years, effective as of the date this Order in Council is made.
