Order in Council 692/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas pursuant to subsection 62(1) of the Building Transit Faster Act, 2020 , land may be designated as transit corridor land if the Lieutenant Governor in Council is of the opinion that the designation is or may be required for a priority transit project, as defined in

section 2 of the Act ;

And

whereas all or part of the properties listed in the table contained on sheet one of the designation plan number 17R-00334-G2-003-SK02 prepared by GeoVera ( ON ) Ltd. and dated March 12, 2021, attached hereto are or may be required as transit corridor land for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, which is a priority transit project;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 62(1) of the Building Transit Faster Act, 2020 , all or part of the properties listed in the above-mentioned designation plan, as further described in the pictorial portion of the plan are designated as transit corridor land for all purposes in respect of the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension, effective the date of this Order;

And further , Order in Council 392/2021 is revoked, effective the date of this Order.
