An Act to amend The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act. 613 [Assented to May 4, 19 79.] H ER Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan Telecommunica- tions Amendment Act, 1979. 2. Subsection 33 (1) of The Saskatchewan Telecommunications Act is repealed and the following substituted: "

(1) The corporation may, from time to time: (

a) invest any part of its capital or operating moneys not pre sently required for expenditure in any security or class of securities mentioned in

section of The Department qf Finance Act; (

b) dispose of any investments made pursuant to clause (

a) in any manner, on any terms and in any amount the corpora tion considers expedient".
