Order in Council 1157/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Ashley Pitcher was reappointed as part-time member of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective February 3, 2024, by Order in Council O.C. 1713/2023;

And

whereas Ashley Pitcher tendered her resignation effective November 8, 2024;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 , Order in Council O.C. 1713/2023 be revoked effective November 8, 2024.
