On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act ,

John Maclaine Kelly

be appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs effective August 17, 2023, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond December 31, 2025.
