OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 3, 2005, pursuant to Sections 2, 6, 16 and 34 of
Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Regulations thereunder, Sections 2, 9, 59A and 59C of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (
a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Versata Inc. in an amount not to exceed $2,490,000 authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on January 28, 2005, as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated February 3, 2005; and (
b) authorize the Minister of Economic Development to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
