An Act to Amend the Judicature Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur l’organisation judiciaire Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as follows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’Assemblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1

Schedule A of the Judicature Act,

chapter J-2 of the Revised Statutes, 1973, is amended L’annexe A de la

Loi sur l’organisation judiciaire,

chapitre J-2 des Lois révisées de 1973, est modifiée (

a) in paragraph (

z) by striking out the period at the end of the paragraph and substituting a semico- lon;

a) à l’alinéa z), par la suppression du point à la fin de l’alinéa et son remplacement par un point- virgule; (

b) by adding the following after subsection (z):
