Order in Council 1454/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

Schedule “A” of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Ontario Trillium Foundation and the Minister of Culture, the following person who was appointed by Order-in-Council numbered O.C. 1351/2013 dated September 25, 2013, is reappointed a member of the Hamilton Grant Review Team at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three (3) years, effective from the later of the date of this Order-in-Council or the 25ᵗʰ day of September, 2016.
