OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated November 24, 2006, and pursuant to
Section 25 of
Chapter 323 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Off-highway Vehicles Act, is pleased to make regulations respecting designated trails and trail permits for off-highway vehicles in the form set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective on and after December 8, 2006.
