OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the administration of the Liquor Control Act dated July 25, 2001, pursuant to
Section 64 of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2001, the Government Restructuring
(2001) Act, and subsection 3(7) of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to order and declare by proclamation that
Part VI of
Chapter 4 of the Acts of 2001, the Government Restructuring
(2001) Act, come into force on and not before July 26, 2001.
