OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for

Part II of the Gaming Control Act, dated June 14, 1999, pursuant to

Section 58 of

Chapter 4 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Gaming Control Act, is pleased to determine that Margaret A.M. Shears of Halifax Regional Municipality, shall, in respect of any application, appeal, proceeding, matter or thing heard before her or commenced by her as a member and Vice-Chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Authority, have and exercise the jurisdiction of a member and Vice-Chair, including the power to complete any unfinished matter and give a decision therein as if she had not resigned, during the period commencing July 1, 1999 and ending October 1, 1999.
