OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated February 7, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to enter into an agreement with Provincial Holdings Limited, a Crown corporation of the Province of New Brunswick, and Bay Ferries Limited regarding the operation of ferry services between the Provinces of Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, in the form as set out in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
