B.C. Reg. 195/2004, deposited April 30, 2004, pursuant

to the PENSION BENEFITS STANDARDS ACT [Section 74]. Order in

Council 423/2004, approved and ordered April 29, 2004.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor,

by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

Schedule I

of the Pension Benefits Standards Regulation, B.C. Reg. 433/93, is

amended

(

a) in item 3 of Column 1 by striking out "Municipal

Pension Plan Joint Trust Agreement" and substituting "Public Service Pension

Plan Joint Trust Agreement", and

(

b) in item 4 of Column 1 by striking out "Municipal

Pension Plan Joint Trust Agreement" and substituting "Teachers' Pension Plan

Joint Trust Agreement".
