Order in Council 1162/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

WHEREAS Amir Henry of Oakville, appointed by O.C. 1339/2021 as a part-time member of the Consent and Capacity Board, has resigned from his appointment effective May 26, 2022;

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1339/2021 be revoked.
