On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) the Electronic Court Documents Regulation, B.C. Reg. 60/2005, is amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 1,

(

b) the Sound Recording Regulations, B.C. Reg. 249/78, are amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 2,

(

c) the Supreme Court Civil Rules, B.C. Reg. 168/2009, are amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 3, and

(

d) the Supreme Court Family Rules, B.C. Reg. 169/2009, are amended as set out in the attached

Schedule 4.

Schedule 1

Section 2 of the Electronic Court Documents Regulation, B.C. Reg. 60/2005, is amended by adding the following paragraph:

(

i) the Access to Audio (A2A) System.

Schedule 2

Section 6 (3) of the Sound Recording Regulations, B.C. Reg. 249/78, is amended by striking out " may make an audio tape of the original recording and may provide that audio tape " and substituting " may make an electronic copy of the original recording and may provide that copy ".

Schedule 3

1 Rule 22-3 (3) of the Supreme Court Civil Rules, B.C. Reg. 168/2009, is repealed.

2 Appendix C is amended

(

a) in

Schedule 1 by repealing Item 19 (

d) of the table, and

(

b) in

Schedule 4 by repealing Item 19 (

d) of the table.

Schedule 4

1 Rule 5-1 (30) of the Supreme Court Family Rules, B.C. Reg. 169/2009, is amended by striking out " in an envelope ".

2 Rule 21-1 (3) is repealed.

3 Appendix C is amended

(

a) in

Schedule 1 by repealing Item 19 (

d) of the table, and

(

b) in

Schedule 4 by repealing Item 19 (

d) of the table.
