Order in Council 125/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 19(3) of the Lake Simcoe Protection Act, 2008, the appointment as a member and designated Chair of the Lake Simcoe Coordinating Committee of Richard Brooks by Order-in-Council 1245/2019 is hereby revoked, effective January 12, 2021.
