B.C. Reg. 50/2006, deposited March 23, 2006, pursuant to the LAND TAX DEFERMENT ACT [Sections 8 (3) and 9 (3)]. Ministerial Order M56/2006, dated March 21, 2006.

I, Rick Thorpe, Minister of Small Business and Revenue, make the following regulation.

Interest Rate Regulation

For the purposes of sections 8 and 9 of the Land Tax Deferment Act , the interest rate for the 6 month period beginning April 1, 2006, is 3.0 percent a year.
