Order in Council 1043/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 5(1), 5(3) and 5(4) of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002 , Paul Khawaja of Oakville be reappointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of July 8, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made.
