OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated January 23, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act, and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Sarah Ellen Bonnell of Enfield, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits, which appointment was made by Order in Council 2000-364, dated June 29, 2000, to expire on June 30, 2005; and (
b) appoint Sarah Ellen Gayton of Enfield, Hants County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, for a term commencing February 10, 2001, and to expire June 30, 2005.
