AMENDMENT REGULATION

section 36(5.1) of the Mines and

Minerals Act.

1 The Oil Sands Allowed Costs (Ministerial) Regulation

(AR 231/2008) is amended by this Regulation.

Schedule 1.1 is amended by adding the following after

item 12:

12.1

Curtailment

purchases

In respect of an allocation to an

operator of a combined

production amount of crude oil

and crude bitumen set by an

order under the Curtailment

Rules (AR 214/2018), any costs

related to a sale, purchase,

transfer, consolidation,

redistribution or delivery of that

allocation or portions of that

allocation

3 This Regulation is deemed to have come into force on

January 1, 2019.

1 The Wildlife Regulation (AR 143/97) is amended by this

Regulation.

Schedule 15 is amended

(

a) by repealing item 5(i)(iii) and substituting the

following:

(iii) under the authority of a resident WMU 212 antlerless

elk special licence,

(

A) during the periods of November 1 to November 30

using a cross bow, shotgun or muzzle loading

firearm of .44 calibre or greater, or

(

B) during the periods of December 1 to December 31

and January 1 to February 28 or February 29,

(

b) in Table 1B by striking out
