OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated August 18, 2003, pursuant to
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective August 18, 2003, to: (
a) assign responsibility for the Insurance Act to the Honourable Ronald S. Russell, a Member of the Executive Council, who may be described as the Minister responsible for the Insurance Act; and (
b) direct that for administration purposes all affairs and matters relating to the Insurance Act shall be attached to the Department of Environment and Labour.
