On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 4.1 (2) and (5) of the Ontario Energy Board Act, 1998 , A. Catherina Spoel of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Energy Board effective the date this Order in Council is made, for a term ending on the earlier of December 31, 2020 and the day that is immediately before the day that
section 5 of
Schedule 2 of the Fixing the Hydro Mess Act, 2019 comes into force.
And further that Order in Council 1335/2019 be revoked, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
