B.C. Reg. 1/2012 , deposited January 5, 2012, pursuant to the MINERAL TENURE ACT [section 22] and the COAL ACT [section 21]. Regulation of the Chief Gold Commissioner, dated December 22, 2011.

I, Anne Currie, Chief Gold Commissioner, Ministry of Energy and Mines, order that the following regulations are amended as set out in the attached Appendix:

(

a) B.C. Reg. 165/94;

(

b) B.C. Reg. 163/96;

(

c) B.C. Reg. 23/2000;

(

d) B.C. Reg. 296/2005;

(

e) Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Mineral Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007;

(

f) Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral Claim Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 171/2011.

Appendix

1 B.C. Reg. 165/94 is amended

(

a) in

Schedule A by deleting the entry for the mineral and placer mineral reserve with the name " Titetown Lake ", and

(

b) by deleting the sketch associated with that reserve.

2 B.C. Reg. 163/96 is amended

(

a) in

Schedule A by deleting the entries for the mineral and placer mineral reserves with the following names:

Bechers Prairie;

Chilcotin River (Hanceville);

Dantes Inferno;

Donnely Lake;

Punti Island;

Redbrush;

Roaring River Fluvial Fan , and

(

b) by deleting the sketches associated with those reserves.

3 B.C. Reg. 23/2000 is amended by deleting the sketches associated with the mineral and placer mineral reserves with the following names:

Copper Johnny - 100 Mile House Goal 2 PPA;

Deka Lake - 100 Mile House Goal 2 PPA .

4 B.C. Reg. 296/2005 is amended

(

a) in

Schedule A by deleting the entries for the mineral, placer mineral and coal land reserves with the following names:

Beaver Valley - Rye Lake;

Big Basin;

Flat Lake;

Moose Valley North;

Moose Valley South;

Patterson Lake;

Quesnel Lake - Peninsula Bay;

Quesnel Lake - Watt Creek;

Quesnel Lake - Wecome Point;

Tsylos Park Addition , and

(

b) by deleting the sketches associated with those reserves.

5 The Mineral and Coal Land Reserve (No Mineral or Placer Mineral Registrations) Regulation, B.C. Reg. 280/2007, is amended

(

a) in the title by striking out " Placer Mineral " and substituting " Placer Claim ",

(

b) in sections 3 and 4 by adding " or continued " after " established ", and

(

c) by adding the following sites to the Table:
