Order in Council 1681/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 3 and 4 of the Ontario Place Corporation Act , Mirrun Zaveri of Toronto be reappointed as a member and redesignated as the chair of the board of directors of the Ontario Place Corporation, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council effective the later of January 1, 2025 and the date this Order in Council is made, for a period not extending beyond the earlier of December 31, 2025 and the first instant of the day that

section 3 of

Schedule 31 of the Restoring Trust, Transparency and Accountability Act, 2018 comes into force.
