OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 26, 1999, pursuant to
Chapter 159 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Family Court Act, and
Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to accept the resignations and revoke the appointments of the following persons as Judges of the Family Court for the Province of Nova Scotia, effective March 29, 1999: Judge J. Vernon MacDonald of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Judge Daryl W. Wilson of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality; Judge Robert James Williams of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Judge Deborah Gass of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality; Judge Moira Legere of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Judge M. Clare MacLellan of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
