OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 18, 2004, pursuant to
Section 19 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to rescind Order in Council 83-1046 dated September 13, 1983, approving the issuance of a lease of a parcel of Crown land, containing 29 acres, more or less, at Brooklyn Corner, Kings County, to Nova Scotia Forest Industries, a body corporate with its head office at Point Tupper, Richmond County, for the purpose of establishing a black spruce seed orchard.
