OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 27, 2002, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Sandra Bobyk, made pursuant to Order in Council 1999-189 dated April 21, 1999, while employed with the Cape Breton Regional Municipality; and (
b) appoint Sandra Matheson of Sydney, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, while employed with the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
