[section 73] and the GREATER VANCOUVER SEWERAGE AND DRAINAGE DISTRICT ACT
[section 6 (1 b )]. Order in Council 688/2002, approved and ordered July 26, 2002.
On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that
(
a) sections 9, 10 and 59 of the Miscellaneous Statutes Amendment Act (No. 2), 2002 are brought into force by this regulation, and
(
b) the attached Ashcroft Ranch Regulation is made. — G. ABBOTT,

ASHCROFT RANCH REGULATION
Ashcroft Ranch
1 For the purposes of
section 6 (1
a) and 7
(2
a) of the Greater Vancouver Sewerage and Drainage District Act ,
"Ashcroft Ranch" means
(
a) the parcels of land described in
Schedule 1,
(
b) the water licences, appurtenant to those parcels, that are
(
i) subsisting, and
(ii) listed in
Schedule 2,
including any licence issued in amendment of, or in full or partial substitution for, those licences, and
(
c) Grazing Licence RAN073068, dated for reference April 1, 1996.
