Order in Council 386/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 6 (1) of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario Act, 2019 , Carmine Nigro of Toronto be reappointed as a part-time member of the board of directors and designated as Chair of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years effective the date this Order in Council is made.
