Order in Council 909/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Order in Council numbered O.C. 303/2020 dated February 20, 2020 that reappointed Marvin Silverman of Ottawa as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Consent and Capacity Board under the Health Care Consent Act, 1996 , be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
