OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated May 9, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 2, 3 and 5 of

Chapter 222 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Industrial Development Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend the terms of the financial assistance authorized by Order in Council 2004-264, as amended by Orders in Council 2005-1, 2005-367 and 2007-430, which authorized financial assistance not to exceed one million, eight hundred and fifty thousand dollars ($1,850,000.00) to CanJam Trading Limited, such amendment on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated May 9, 2011; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
