Order in Council 55/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 5(2) of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Yim Chan , of Richmond Hill, Ontario

is appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Financing Authority, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a term not exceeding three years, effective the date this Order in Council is approved.
