Order in Council 1146/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 3 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act ,

John Maclaine Kelly

be appointed Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, effective August 17, 2020, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this appointment.

And further that Order in Council O.C. 1792/2019, dated December 5, 2019, be revoked effective August 17, 2020.
