OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Business and Consumer Services dated August 17, 2000, pursuant to

Section 33 of

Chapter 92 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Consumer Protection Act, is pleased to: (

a) repeal the Consumer Protection Act Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 91-1073 dated September 18, 1991; and (

b) make regulations respecting consumer protection in the form set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, effective September 20, 2000.
