Order in Council 1457/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John Regan of Toronto, reappointed by O.C. 227/2023 as a part-time member of the Council of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, has resigned from his appointment effective April 24, 2025;

Now therefore , pursuant to clause 5(1)(

b) of the Dietetics Act, 1991, Order in Council numbered O.C. 227/2023 be revoked.
