Order in Council 1150/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nathan Ferguson was reappointed as part-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board for a fixed term of three years, effective February 28, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 214/2021;

And

whereas Nathan Ferguson tendered his resignation effective April 5, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 169(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 , Order in Council O.C. 214/2021 be revoked effective April 5, 2021.
