Order in Council 1095/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 7 of the Capital Investment Plan Act, 1993 ,

Nevin McKeown of Mississauga, Ontario

is hereby reappointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Ontario Clean Water Agency, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective July 26, 2020 or the date this Order in Council is made, whichever is later.
