Statute: Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 26, 2013, is pleased to: (

a) pursuant to clause 65 (2)(

a) of

Chapter 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act (

i) re-appoint Aileen Brunet of Halifax Regional Municipality (Dartmouth) as a member of the Review Board for a two year term commencing on June 5, 2013; an (ii) appoint Lorraine Lazier of Falmouth, Hants County, as a member of the Review Board for a two year term commencing on April 30, 2013; (

b) pursuant to clause 65 (2)(

c) of Chaper 42 of the Acts of 2005, the Involuntary Psychiatric Treatment Act, appoint Suzanne Kennedy of Centerville, Kings County as a member of the Review Board for a two year term commencing on April 30, 2013; and (

c) confirm remuneration for members in accordance with rates set in Order in Council 2011-183 dated May 24, 2011.
