Order in Council 933/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1299/2011 dated June 22, 2011, Dr. Toby H. Rose was appointed as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario;

And

Whereas Dr. Toby H. Rose is retiring and has, in writing effective June 30, 2018, resigned her appointment as a Deputy Chief Forensic Pathologist for Ontario;

Therefore pursuant to subsection 7(2) of the Corners Act , as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 1299/2011, dated June 22, 2011, appointing Dr. Toby H. Rose as a Coroner for Ontario is hereby revoked effective June 30, 2018.
