Statute: Utility and Review Board Act Public Service Superannuation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated May 9, 2006, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 7 of

Chapter 11 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, and

Section 2 of

Chapter 377 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Superannuation Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint John A. Morash of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a part-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board for a one year term effective October 23, 2006; (

b) designate John A. Morash to be and to have been an employee for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act; (

c) determine the remuneration for John A. Morash as a part-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board to be at the rate of Management Compensation Pay Plan (MCP 38) (1.04) and direct that John A. Morash shall work as a part-time member 80% of the hours of a full-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board.
